It was a huge challenge, because they’d lost a lot weight, and the only thing that helped them was eating healthier.
But as time went on, I started seeing some people that were looking better and were looking less fat, so it was a gradual process of getting better at losing belly fat.

And that’s what I did in the beginning.
I ate more vegetables and less processed foods, and I was doing yoga and doing a lot more stretching and stuff like that.
Then when I started to gain weight, I made a conscious decision to eat more.
I also stopped eating junk food, and just started eating a lot less.
